ある問いに対して、人々にYESかNOで質問に答えてもらう。作品では問いについては一切明かされず、人々はＹＥＳかＮＯの二択のみで答えなくてはならない為に、苦悩や言いよどむ間、あるいは明瞭な態度など、様々な人々の様子が映し出される。作品の着想は、1960年代に寺山修司が構成を担当した「あなたは…」という街頭ドキュメンタリーを参照した。

Ask people to answer a question with a yes or no. In this work, the questions are not disclosed to the viewers. Because people on the street have to respond to my two-choice question with only YES and NO, it shows a variety of situations such as anguish, hesitation, or a clear attitude. My inspiration for this project came from seeing a documentary called "You ..." which was written by Shuji Terayama and was held on the street. In the 1960's, the theme of the play was "You." but I thought about what would be the theme if I were to produce it today, and I produced the work.
